We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our home improvement retail business, where we specialize in kitchen range hoods, stoves, shower doors, flooring, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and help customers find the right solutions for their needs
- Create invoices and collect payments at the time of sale
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer service and sales goals
- Help resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Keep the front desk and sales floor organized and presentable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
