Xtreme Exhibits, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory control, shipping/receiving documentation, and office-based order management.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile counts with system data.
· Prepare and process all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing slips, and international shipping forms.
· Accurately pull items from inventory based on order sheets, verify quantities, and descriptions to ensure orders are complete and correct.
- Track and record received materials, noting any discrepancies or damages.
- Follow established company procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Communicate with internal team members to confirm order status and resolve any fulfillment issues.
· Responsible for accurately processing paperwork and managing daily outbound shipments. This role ensures timely and correct fulfillment of customer orders, with a strong emphasis on proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliant shipping procedures using carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory management (office-focused).
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accurate records.
- Comfort working with inventory or ERP software (Exhibit Force experience is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to follow established processes and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to accuracy.
· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) – Proficient.
