As a Warehouse Fulfillment & Kitting Specialist, you keep momentum high—reading work orders or verbal directions, selecting exact items and counts, and preparing shipments that arrive intact and on time.
A Day in the Role
From concept through production, you’re the link that keeps materials flowing:
- Pull products from assigned storage bays and zones across the warehouse.
- Interpret work orders or oral instructions to determine which parts, containers, and quantities are needed.
- Match items to order specifications with precision, confirming counts before you move on.
- Pack materials in the correct containers following specific packing requirements.
- Protect goods by packing to prevent damage in transit.
- Prepare shipping labels, verify addresses, and complete all required documentation.
- Partner with carriers to ensure on-time dispatch.
- Visually inspect items during picking and packing to catch defects or discrepancies.
- Use inventory systems to update stock levels and flag shortages or overages as they arise.
- Collaborate with teammates to hit daily shipping goals.

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time position, on-site at our Hazlewood, MO location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
