The Xtreme Concrete team has an immediate opening for a Concrete Pump Operator/Associate. No experience required. Pay of up to $18 an hour for 40 hour weeks. This is also a flexible schedule with the opportunity for overtime paid at time and a half.
Company Overview: Xtreme Concrete is a locally owned and operated Concrete Pump company that partners with Concrete Suppliers and Concrete Finishers to deliver quality concrete pours on time and on target.
Job Description: The Pump Operator, along with a teammate, will be in charge of the setup of the pump and hoses at the job site, oversight of the pump throughout the pour and cleanup of pump after the pour is complete. This role is perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors, manual labor, and working alongside a team with minimal supervision. We also take on hardscapes projects where general and skilled labor is needed.
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must be punctual. Arriving on time is of utmost importance for our team, customers and partners.
- Must be able to accommodate flexible working hours. The jobs vary daily on when they start. Some days will be early, others late.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to the main office. Transportation to the job sites will be provided via the pump truck.
- Ability to drive a pull behind trailer is preferred
- Must be a team player who works well with others.
