Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing following approved protocols, SOPs, and laboratory procedures.
- Execute bioanalytical and characterization assays including ELISA, flow cytometry, Western blot, gel electrophoresis, PCR, and related techniques.
- Support cell culture activities and sample preparation for analytical studies.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
- Assist with assay qualification, method transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support stability studies, characterization programs, and development projects.
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Author or revise SOPs, protocols, and study reports as assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Complete required training and maintain compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- BS or MS in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant industry, internship, research, or laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, Western blot, PCR, DNA sequencing, mammalian cell culture, or similar techniques.
- Experience analyzing data using GraphPad Prism, Excel, R, or related software.
- Strong laboratory documentation, communication, and scientific writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Salary : $55,000 - $88,000
