Essential Job Functions
- Perform analytical testing following approved procedures and study protocols.
- Support characterization, formulation development, stability, and in-process testing activities.
- Generate, review, and interpret analytical data and assist in troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain laboratory documentation, notebooks, protocols, and reports following Good Documentation Practices.
- Assist in stability studies including sample management, testing, data review, and trending.
- Author or revise SOPs, protocols, and technical reports as assigned.
- Collaborate with Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support project objectives.
- Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
- Complete required training and perform other assigned duties.
- BS or MS in Biological Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
- 0-2 years of industry, internship, co-op, research, or laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with analytical or biological laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of stability studies, formulation testing, and analytical laboratory practices preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
