Compensation Structure:
- Direct Sales Commission: 10% commission on all personal sales
- Team Override: 3% commission override on sales made by reps under your management
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives
- Conduct roofing inspections, prepare estimates, and close deals with homeowners
- Monitor sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team success
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience in the roofing or construction industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
