Responsibilities
The Technician will be responsible for...
- Repair and maintenance of commercial trailers, including welding and fabricating
- Ensuring equipment is DOT compliant
- Ensuring equipment is operational with minimal downtime
- Responsible for maintaining a culture of compliance and safety in the workplace by enforcing established policies and procedures
- Ensures a safe and clean work environment
- Ability to clearly document cause, complaint, and correction on each repair order
- Able to diagnose and repair issues related to (but not limited to) trailers, some light mechanical on Trailers.
- Able to weld and fabricate
- Must be able to complete repairs within SRT times
- Will work on other equipment as necessary
- Must be on time and present on days scheduled to work

- Verifiable Experience as a Diesel Trailer Technician
- DOT Inspector Certification
- Air Brake Certification
- Electrical Experience
- Welding and Fabrication experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all seasonal temperature conditions
