SOLO Truck Drivers
- Starting Pay:
- $0.70/mile
- $85,000 - $100,000 per year
- Average Over 2,500 miles/week (Eastern Region Texas Area)
- Consistent Routes
- Expected to stay out 10–14 days at a time
TEAM Truck Drivers

- $0.95/mile
- $115,000 - $125,000 per year
- Average Over 5,000 miles/week
- Weekly home time
- Consistent Routes

CDL-A Truck Driver Qualifications:
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (or 36 months within 5 years)
- Clean driving record:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No serious violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, excessive speeding, leaving the scene, etc.)
- No more than:
- 2 at-fault accidents in the past 36 months
- 3 at-fault accidents in the past 60 months
- Must pass:
- DOT drug screen
- DOT physical (minimum 6-month certification)
- Company road test
