Manager, SEC Financial Reporting - up to $150K plus Bonus
An exciting opportunity for a CPA with strong technical accounting skills and SEC reporting experience to join a growing, mission-driven Corp. The Manager of SEC External Financial Reporting will lead the preparation of U.S. GAAP and SEC-compliant financial statements, conduct technical accounting research, and help strengthen SOX 404 internal controls.
Qualifications include:
5 years experience in accounting (Big 4 preferred)
Public company exposure, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or manufacturing
Strong technical GAAP/SEC reporting skills
Knowledge of key areas like revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, equity/debt
