Description
As a UX designer @Cintell you will collaborate closely with our product management to translate complex customer interactions, user requirements into simple, engaging, user-centered solutions. We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring drive, innovation, creativity and strong problem-solving skills with independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
The Impact You'll Have:
• Collaborate closely with all members of the product team to design the user experience for our product offerings and features.
• Participate in each step of the design process, including project planning, discovery, user research and analysis, usability testing, requirements definition, conceptual design, content planning, prototyping, interaction design, and interaction specification.
• Translate user needs into recommended design solutions.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, and detailed design rationale both verbally and visually.
• Deliver user stories, concept sketches, and experience storyboards as required.
• Deliver compelling CSS/HTML designs for the developers to use directly into their development sprints.
• Evaluate the final product once implemented by the development teams to ensure compliance.
What we are looking for:
• Fluent in your design tools and ability to deliver your final designs in HTML5/CSS/JS as concise self contained working units.
• Extremely strong at interaction design.
• Range of knowledge in typeface, iconography, color and texture.
• Experience launching at least one or more web applications preferred.
