A company in the automotive industry who is building the future of tire changing and wheel servicing is hiring a Head of Finance to join their team on a full-time basis. The company leverages robotics, automation, computer vision, and intelligent hardware to reinvent automated service delivery. As the organization transitions from advanced R&D and pilot stage into a major commercial scale-up phase, they are seeking a finance leader to own the build-out of robust financial and reporting infrastructure. You’ll oversee financial operations, FP&A, controllership, treasury, compliance, and investor reporting.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- 10 years of progressive finance experience in venture- or PE-backed startups
- Relevant industry experience in hardware, robotics or manufacturing
- Strong background in FP&A, controllership, treasury, and financial operations
- Strong foundation in accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modeling, and board reporting
- Direct interaction with Board-level stakeholders, as well as board reporting and presentation
- Active CPA (or equivalent national license) strongly preferred
