Responsibilities
- Perform daily commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in office buildings, retail spaces, or other commercial facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly within scheduled timeframes.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sanitation and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
