About the Role

You'll manage the end-to-end implementation of an enterprise SaaS platform for a globally known enterprise client. This is a hands-on delivery role where you'll own the entire client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring smooth deployments, successful integrations, and clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Your core mandate is clear: deliver projects on time, on scope, and with the level of precision that keeps clients confident and satisfied throughout the process. You'll manage timelines, coordinate technical and functional resources, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Project Delivery - Managing end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off through go-live, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within scope
• Client Onboarding - Leading the client onboarding process, understanding their requirements, and setting clear expectations around timelines, deliverables, and support
• Enterprise Integrations - Coordinating technical integrations with client systems, working alongside technical teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless data flow
• Client Relationship Management - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, managing expectations, communicating progress, and maintaining strong relationships through delivery
• Documentation & Process Adherence - Ensuring all implementation activities follow established processes, are properly documented, and lessons learned are captured for future projects

About You

Essential Experience:

• 3 years' experience delivering implementations in fast-paced, customer-centric, enterprise environments
• Proven track record managing end-to-end implementation/deployment projects for enterprise clients
• Experience with SaaS product implementations or enterprise software onboarding
• Strong ability to manage client expectations and maintain relationships under pressure
• Comfortable coordinating across technical and functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong project management discipline
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred but not essential
