Location: Troy, OH

We are hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Meijer account offering consistent home-daily routes with steady freight and reliable pay. This account operates 24/7 with varying start times across OH, KY, and IN within a 200-mile radius.

WHY THIS POSITION:

• Home Daily — 2 days off per week
• Dry and refrigerated no-touch freight, drop & hook
• Assigned tractors provided on an as-needed basis
• 24/7 on-site support at the distribution center

PAY:

• Average weekly pay: $1,450, with potential to earn more based on miles and stops
• Backhaul pay: $55 per backhaul
• Stop pay: $20.00 per stop after the first stop
• Minimum pay: $45 for routes under 96 miles
• Holiday pay: $75 for working on a holiday
• Training pay: $100 per day for 1-day ride-along training

• Schedule: 24/7 account, variable start times, average 8-10 hours shifts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must live within 50 miles of Troy, OH
• Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily
• Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays (required)
• Working the week before a holiday is mandatory
• Clean driving record
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate CDL-A truck on dedicated Meijer routes
• Perform live unloads and drop & hook as scheduled
• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
