We are hiring CDL-A Company Drivers for Dedicated Solo and Team positions, with opportunities to run across the country and consistent freight to keep your wheels turning. Whether you prefer solo or team driving, this is an opportunity built around miles, dependable freight, and driver-focused benefits.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Weekly Pay
• 2,400–2,600 miles per week for drivers
• Average haul: approximately 500 miles
• $70/day optional Per Diem
• $500 Paid Orientation
• $80/day Layover Pay
• $20/hour Detention Pay after 2 hours
• $20 Multi-Stop Pay for stops
• Performance and bonus opportunities available

YOUR FREIGHT & RUN

• Home Weekly
• OTR Solo: Primarily run freight east-southern states
• Approximately 90% Drop & Hook
• Approximately 100% No-Touch Freight
• Dry Van and Reefer freight
• Average length of haul: 500 miles

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
• Follow DOT and Illinois state regulations and company safety standards
• Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must reside within 50 miles of Alpharetta, GA
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
• Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
• Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
