Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, menu inquiries, and special requests.
- Process takeout and catering orders accurately while ensuring excellent customer service. Phase 2
- Provide information about restaurant locations, hours, promotions, and events.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Utilize reservation and ordering systems Open Table efficiently to input and manage customer data.
- Collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all guest interactions.
- Prior experience in a call center, hospitality, or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
