Call Center Representative

Job Summary:We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for our restaurant locations. This role involves assisting guests with reservations, order inquiries, catering requests, and general customer service needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to provide a seamless guest experience over the phone.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, menu inquiries, and special requests.Process takeout and catering orders accurately while ensuring excellent customer service.
