Our team comprises a diverse group of artists, engineers, designers, strategists, and makers who share a common passion for crafting immersive experiences. By weaving together Story, Brand, and Human, we create impactful solutions that engage and inspire. With a collaborative spirit, we thrive on helping our clients tell their unique stories in innovative ways.

This role is ideal for a writer with 1–5 years of professional or agency‑side experience (including internships and freelance work) who’s passionate about storytelling, comfortable writing for spoken delivery, and excited by the challenge of engaging a live audience. You should be confident owning portions of a script or proposal while collaborating closely with a broader creative team.
You’ll partner with client services, creative, and production teams to shape voice, tone, and narrative flow—from initial concept through showtime.
What You’ll Do
- Write and refine presenter scripts, talking points, and narration for live events, meetings, and brand experiences
- Translate creative concepts and client objectives into clear, compelling, audience‑focused storytelling
- Ideate, develop, and write proposals for brand activations that align creative vision with business goals
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different speakers, audiences, and event formats
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure content aligns with visual design, staging, and show flow
- Edit and polish content based on internal feedback and client revisions
- Support additional written materials including concept narratives, outlines, and internal presentations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing, Theater, or a related field
- Strong writing skills with a clear, confident, engaging voice
- Proven ability to write long‑form content intended to be spoken aloud
- Comfort incorporating feedback and refining work through multiple rounds
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Interest in live events, experiential marketing, storytelling, or performance‑based communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with public speaking, theater, performance, or scriptwriting
- Familiarity with experiential marketing, events, or brand storytelling
- Ability to quickly understand complex ideas and translate them into engaging, accessible language
- Exposure to business and/or automotive subject matter
What You’ll Gain
- Hands‑on experience writing for real‑world, high‑profile live events
- Exposure to the full creative process—from concept through execution
- Mentorship and collaboration with experienced creative directors and storytellers
- The opportunity to see your words delivered on stage and experienced live
- A collaborative, creative environment that values ideas, initiative, and growth
