Position Overview
The Service Technician plays a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural equipment. This individual will work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure equipment performance and reliability. Regional travel will be required.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. They are knowledgeable, self-motivated, communicate confidently, and enthusiastic about contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment and machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance and detailed inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify issues
- Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records
- Clearly communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Participate in ongoing technical and product training
Future Growth Opportunity
