What You'll Do

You'll complete a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and remodeling services, including:

• Drywall repair and installation
• Interior trim and finish carpentry
• Door and window installation
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Deck and porch repairs
• Bathroom repairs and updates
• Minor framing
• Ceiling fan and light fixture installation
• Faucet, toilet, and plumbing fixture replacement
• Residential repair and maintenance services
• Punch-list work
• Small remodeling projects

You'll also:

• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Take before-and-after photos using CompanyCam
• Update job progress using our CRM
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Protect and strengthen our five-star reputation
• Follow company systems and standardized service procedures

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of residential construction, remodeling, or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and work from ladders when necessary
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications throughout the workday

Tools & Equipment

Technicians should provide their own:

• Reliable vehicle
• Standard hand tools
• Cordless tools
• Smartphone

Indy Home Service Pros provides:

High-performing technicians may become eligible for a company vehicle after demonstrating consistent workmanship, professionalism, safe driving, and the ability to work independently.
