Position Summary 

Xpansiv is seeking a Project Management Intern to join our Corporate Operations team. This role is designed as a learning‑focused, mentored early‑talent experience and will provide hands‑on exposure to how large‑scale technology and registry initiatives are coordinated in a real‑world corporate environment. 

During the internship, you will support a major registry migration initiative by contributing in project coordination and PM support capacity. You will work closely with experienced project and technology professionals, gaining practical experience with project tracking, stakeholder coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration—without taking ownership of full project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

Primary Focus 

• Support ongoing project coordination efforts for a large‑scale registry technology migration initiative 

• Assist with organizing and tracking progress across defined project workstreams 

• Act in a support role, helping project leaders stay organized and aligned 

Core Responsibilities 

• Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials for workstream sessions 

• Capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow‑ups 

• Track assigned tasks and support timeline adherence 

• Maintain project documentation using internal project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet or equivalent) 

• Assist with general coordination to help ensure project activities remain on track 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program 

• Interest in project management, technology, or operations within a corporate environment 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track details across multiple tasks 

• Clear written and verbal communication skills 

• Comfort working with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, meeting notes, task trackers)

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly pay range for this internship is $20–$25 per hour for undergraduate students and $30–$35 per hour for graduate‑level students, based on a good‑faith estimate. Actual pay within these ranges may vary based on academic level, skills, and relevant experience, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.
