xpander.ai is the runtime and control plane for production AI agents. We help teams deploy, operate, and scale agents across cloud and self-hosted environments with real reliability, security, and observability. This is infrastructure, not demos.
Role Description:
We need someone who can take a strong technical product and turn it into real usage and revenue. This role owns the path from first technical conversation to agents running in production. You are the first GTM Engineer.
What you will own:
- Take the technical GTM motion from zero to repeatable.
- Hands-on evaluations, POCs, and early production deployments.
- Technical credibility with developers, founders, and platform teams.
- Reference architectures, demos, and examples that close deals.
- Tight feedback loops from customers into product and roadmap
- Clear signal on ICP, use cases, and where xpander wins or loses.
What you will do:
- Run deep technical discovery and architecture conversations
- Build and deploy real agent systems with customers
- Write code, configs, and examples that customers actually use
- Debug agent behavior, infra issues, and integrations
- Deliver demos that show production reality, not slides
- Turn repeated friction into concrete product and docs changes
- This is a builder role with customer accountability.
Who you are:
- Strong engineer first. You can ship and debug real systems
- Comfortable working directly with customers and founders
- Experience with backend platforms, infra, APIs, and cloud systems
- Clear, direct communicator. No hand-waving
- Bias toward action and ownership in ambiguous environments
- Experience with AI agents, LLM infrastructure, or developer platforms is a plus, not a requirement.
