Job Summary
XPanda Foam, LLC operates out of a 90,000 square foot facility located in Orlando, Florida. We are a multi-industry supplier of high-quality expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam products that include blocks and sheets, building products, architectural profiles, insulation and finishing, marine and flotation, roofing, spa covers, and more.
At XPanda Foam, we manufacture EPS Foam products for delivery throughout the Southeast. We are seeking a Quality Control / Project Manager to help us build an effective team, aiming to exceed industry standards for quality and service. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Oversee quality inspection processes and ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Manage the documentation of quality control procedures and maintain accurate records of inspections and audits.
- Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends or areas needing improvement.
- Coordinate project management efforts related to quality initiatives and improvements.
- Ability to quickly learn relevant equipment and production techniques to perform accurate quality control
- Outstanding analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities to review systems and processes, identify flaws, and pose solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Experience in Quality Control and Project Management roles within a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Experience with quality audits and the ability to implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies, standards, and processes, including QA/QC practices.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Computer skills required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
