JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Functional Architect with expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud to design and deliver scalable, high-impact CRM solutions. This role involves leading solution architecture, driving cross-cloud integrations, and aligning CRM strategy with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable designs across Sales, Marketing, and Data Clouds.
- Lead requirements workshops, roadmap planning, and governance standards.
- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, external data sources).
- Provide leadership in data modeling, automation, and best practices.
- Drive adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of CRM experience, 7 years in Salesforce.
- Strong experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and integrations (MuleSoft, Tableau CRM).
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
