Duties

- Manage cash handling processes and maintain accurate financial records.
- Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new staff members to build a strong team.
- Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
