Cost Analyst

As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to join its team. Reporting to the Plant Controller, you will be a key contributor to our financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making and driving cost efficiency across our fast-growing manufacturing environment of the facility based in Arizona.

An Overview Of Your Responsibilities

• Work with engineering and production teams to develop a solid understanding of product components and their cost drivers and assess project profitability from initial quote through final delivery by analyzing production costs, material consumption, labor, and overhead to uncover trends and variances.
• Responsible for weekly posting of inventory movements in the ERP system. Analyze the data, validate recorded transactions, and implement corrections when necessary.
• Develop and maintain cost models and dashboards to support business decisions
• Support effective inventory management by assisting in inventory control, valuation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial reporting standards
  
  

What you'll need, among other things!

• 3 years or more of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong grasp of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
• Clear grasp of how individual product components contribute to overall cost and performance
