This role combines client communication, research, documentation, and operational support, with flexibility to shape responsibilities around the strengths of the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage professional client communications by phone and email, including inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Investigate claim and workflow discrepancies, research information, and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Coordinate daily workflows, documentation, and competing priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Collaborate with clients, providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and keep work moving forward.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in client services, customer support, operations, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow issues through to resolution.
- Initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
- Healthcare, insurance, or claims experience is a plus.
