Dance Instructor and Choreographer

XMotive Dance Studio is building a positive environment where dancers can learn, grow, perform, and develop confidence through movement, teamwork, and leadership. We are currently seeking passionate Dance Coaches to help develop and lead our dance teams and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly team practices and training sessions
• Teach choreography and performance techniques
• Mentor dancers and promote positive team culture
• Prepare teams for performances, showcases, parades, and community events
• Maintain communication with dancers and parents when needed
• Collaborate with other XMotive coaches and instructors
• Represent the XMotive brand professionally

• Other performance-based styles

Qualifications

• Previous dance, coaching, or choreography experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for youth development and community engagement
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
