Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.

· Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance objectives while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

· Monitor and analyze key production metrics, implementing process improvements where needed.

· Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.

· Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations for production personnel.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

· Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to track production data, costs, and schedules.

· Identify and resolve production issues efficiently to minimize downtime and waste.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (required). Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

· 5 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or supervisory role.

· Demonstrated success in managing production operations and leading teams.

· Certifications such as CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.

Technical and Software Skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

· Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and safety standards.

· Ability to perform data and cost analysis and generate accurate production reports.
