Position Summary
XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking a Senior Skilled Trades & Manufacturing Recruiter to recruit highly skilled industrial professionals for manufacturing and production environments. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing experienced tradespeople while building long-term talent pipelines to support our growing manufacturing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through placement.
- Develop and maintain passive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, trade schools, and industry associations.
- Conduct candidate interviews, technical screenings, and qualification assessments.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to understand client hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and recruiting metrics.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience recruiting skilled trades or manufacturing professionals.
- Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Ability to evaluate technical skills, certifications, and trade experience.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using ATS systems and recruiting platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
