Pay Rate: Up to $135,000 (DOE)

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Description
We are seeking a driven Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume hiring initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers to forecast needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, manages large applicant pipelines, and ensures a seamless hiring process from intake to offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast high-volume hiring needs
- Conduct intake meetings to clarify role requirements and timelines
- Develop scalable recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, job fairs, and social platforms
- Manage large applicant pools and maintain continuous candidate pipelines
- Utilize automated sourcing tools and mass outreach strategies
- Host virtual and in-person hiring events
- Conduct high-volume phone and video screenings daily
- Assess candidate qualifications, availability, and fit quickly
- Coordinate and schedule multiple interviews per day
- Partner with hiring teams to streamline decision-making
- Extend and negotiate offers within approved guidelines
- Ensure fast turnaround from interview to offer stage
- Track and report recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, time-to-start, offer acceptance rate, and candidate drop-off rate
- Meet daily and weekly hiring targets
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- Experience managing 20 open requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to conduct a high volume of candidate screenings daily
- Experience with ATS and interview scheduling systems
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for hourly, exempt, manufacturing, production, technician, and warehouse roles
- Experience coordinating hiring events or open houses
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in high-volume hiring environments
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Comfortable owning full-cycle recruiting processes
- Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and improve recruiting operations
