XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is hiring an High Reach Forklift Operator in the 76117 area code.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (OT Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $17.00
Position Description:
- Operate a reach forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks, stock inventory, and transport products to designated areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and completed tasks
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and order fulfillment
Position Requirements:
- Must be able to operate Raymond Reach
- Comfortable working up to 5 levels high to place pallets
- Ability to communicate in English/Spanish
- Must have steel-toed shoes and vest on the first day
- Ability to lift 18–20 lbs as needed
