We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates. The bilingual recruiter's responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to qualified skilled candidates, communicating with clients and applicants in both English and Spanish, interviewing and/or assessing clients and candidates to ensure a good fit, and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday On call
8:00 am to 6:00 pm and weekends as needed.
Job Summary:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Conduct daily on-site interviews, walk-ins, and hiring events to meet staffing goals
- Partner with warehouse leadership to understand staffing needs, shift requirements, and workforce planning
- Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support both client operations and employee engagement
- Translate job expectations, safety procedures, policies, and communications between English and Spanish
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and badge distribution
- Monitor attendance, turnover, and retention; proactively address staffing gaps
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and employment regulations
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and basic HR support
Responsibilities:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience, preferably in a warehouse or light industrial environment
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse workforce
- Experience in high-volume or light industrial staffing
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, shifts, and productivity metrics
- Experience conducting hiring events and managing walk-in candidates
- Basic understanding of HR compliance and workplace safety standards
Work Environment:
- 100% on-site in a warehouse setting
- Requires standing, walking, and frequent interaction with employees on the production floor
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and warehouse equipment
- Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on staffing needs
