What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge on pursuit planning and proposal development that makes XL stand out.
- Partner with Business Development and project teams to craft compelling RFQs, RFPs, and presentations.
- Turn complex project details into clear, memorable narratives.
- Support our communications efforts with creative content, case studies, project write-ups, and client stories.
- Design marketing collateral that captures XL’s purpose and professionalism.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and help position XL for future growth.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years’ of marketing experience (AEC industry preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Cosential, Deltek, etc.) a plus.
- Passion for teamwork, organization, and creative problem-solving.

Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with California’s pay transparency requirements, the base salary range for this position is $102,480.00 - $128,100.00 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation may also include performance-based bonuses.
