In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our financial records. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to gather, analyze, and deliver key financial data. Your work will directly support timely month-end close, trial balance reviews, and the preparation of insightful financial reports for senior management. What does the position pay:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What will you do?
The accountant will participate in a combination of the following activities as part of the team:
- Prepare general ledger entries, maintain records and files; reconcile GL accounts; ownership of an assigned number of schedules and resulting journal entries
- Responsible for cash tracking and bank reconciliation, including improving processes to create efficiencies
- Track fixed assets/intangibles capitalization and amortization as well as improve processes and workflow
- Track, amortize and reconcile pre-paid assets; work with accounting team to research and problem-solve as needed
- Allocate corporate expenses and prepare JEs to record allocated expenses to related departments
- Participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Address accounting and financial questions from senior management by researching and interpreting data
- Participate in and support annual audit and various accounting ad hoc projects
- Assist in developing and implementing new accounting policies and procedures
- Perform technical accounting research and draft white papers/memos for key areas including ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Lead process automation initiatives within the accounting team, identifying manual tasks and implementing automation via Excel, NetSuite SuiteScript, or third-party tools
- Review and analyze trial balances, financial statements, and variance reports, identifying unusual trends or fluctuations and providing insights to management
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure revenue and invoice data are accurate, complete, and aligned with contractual obligations
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA a plus
- 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
