Responsibilities• Conduct Account and Balance Sheet Reconciliations to ensure all financial reporting is accurate.• Manage Bank Reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.• Maintain the General Ledger, updating and verifying financial data.• Prepare and post Journal Entries, providing accurate record of company's financial transactions.• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.• Participate in the Month End Close process, ensuring all financial data is accounted for.• Implement and manage financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to streamline financial operations.
