Job Title: Product Owner (Fintech/ Payments)
Location: NYC (100% Onsite)
Mode: Contract
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Analyst / Business Analyst in Payments or FinTech.
- Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem:
- UPI
- Payment Gateways
- Cards & Switches
- Wallets
- Merchant Payments
- Reconciliation & Settlement
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with APIs, payment flows, and system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of RBI/payment compliance standards is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, or Agile certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with banks, payment aggregators, NBFCs, or FinTech startups is an added advantage.
