Key Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for the delivery team.
- Develop clear, actionable user stories for implementation.
- Communicate team capacity and workload to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on product strategy and planning.
- Manage features and user stories from initiation through acceptance.
- Sign off on completed features and communicate trade-offs to leadership.
- Continuously refine the backlog to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Identify and communicate risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.
- Participate in agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-Up, Refinement, Sprint Planning, and Quarterly Planning.
- Create release communications and conduct product demonstrations.
- Provide guidance and direction to the delivery team.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
- Product management and backlog prioritization
