Position Summary
The Third-Shift Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and professional presence at the community during overnight hours. This position serves as a primary point of contact for residents and guests, assists with resident needs, monitors the front desk and clubhouse, and helps maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the overnight shift.
The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to remain attentive and responsive during late-night hours.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Staff and monitor the community front desk during the third shift.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service to residents and guests.
- Assist residents and guests with purchases and general questions regarding the on-site market.
- Respond to resident lockouts in accordance with community policies and procedures.
- Respond to and document noise complaints and other after-hours resident concerns.
- Monitor the clubhouse and amenity areas and report any safety, maintenance, or security concerns to management.
- Perform light cleaning and tidying of the clubhouse, lobby, restrooms, and amenity areas as needed.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance of the front desk and surrounding areas.
- Monitor access to the clubhouse and other common areas in accordance with community policies.
- Complete shift notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Communicate any significant resident, security, maintenance, or property concerns to the appropriate management team member.
- Follow all community policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or other members of management.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, residential, or security experience preferred.
- Experience working in student housing, multifamily housing, or a similar residential environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with resident concerns or complaints.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Must be comfortable working overnight hours.

Third Shift / Overnight
Specific days and hours to be determined based on the property's staffing needs.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
