We are in search of a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in modifying and enhancing the D365 platform to meet our unique business needs. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions while adhering to best practices within the CE landscape.

Responsibilities

• Align Solutions with Business Goals: Ensure that the D365 CE functions in alignment and support of Xa’s broader business objectives, vision, and strategy
• Deliver and Support Enhancements: Design, configure and test core Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) solutions and design, test and support extensions within CE as well as integrations with other enterprise business applications in alignment with the needs of the business
• Perform tasks on the CE system (Dynamics 365 Sales), including creating custom entities, designing forms, and managing data imports/exports.
• Carry out system testing to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Support data migration initiatives, maintaining data accuracy, and integrity.
• Contribute to customizing and configuring the system to support our internal technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with business partners and other technology team members, providing insights on system requirements, design, and implementation strategies
• Documentation and Training: Ensure documentation of system changes for future reference/training for all configurations, extensions, forms, integrations and reports
• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of new functionality being released in D365 CE and other relevant services and applications as well as industry trends

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on both configuration and system administration
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate
• Immediate availability is preferred

Location & Commitments

• Temp to Hire (temp for 3 months)
• Reports to office in Bellevue, WA
• Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Travel Required

Minimal (up to 10%)

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position
• Must be able to operate a computer
