Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing company located in the Jackson Michigan area is looking for a Maintenance Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Leads maintenance services, including preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and performance improvement for machinery/equipment to minimize downtime and achieve productivity goals.
- Give direction to the maintenance technical teams, ensuring effective distribution of work, timely completion of tasks, quality of work and safety standards/goals are met
- Manage the Work Order system and ensure accurate recording of work history on equipment and facility, including preventative/predictive, breakdown and projects.
- Performs project management duties, ensuring the project scope, goals and deliverables support the required outcome(s).
- Supports lean manufacturing initiatives with effective department performance and equipment oversight.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of manufacturing maintenance work experience
- 3 years working as a Maintenance Manager
- Completion of advanced training in machine maintenance, including, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and CNC
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
