Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing company located on the East side of Tulsa OK is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager. *** Will Relocate **
- Assists Managers by soliciting and reviewing functional area continuous improvement plans and activities to maintain and improve overall plant continuous improvement results
- Provides strategic direction, leadership, support and decision making to ensure successful application of continuous improvement concepts, including Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, Layouts and Material flow.
- Manage Standardized Work Process and Kaizen events.
- Be responsible for coaching the rigorous usage and ongoing improvement of lean manufacturing tools in the Pryor Paper Mill and Converting Plant.
- Conduct quarterly loss analyses to identify top opportunities, lead cost savings initiatives, and ensure site action plans are well aligned with the most impactful opportunities.
REQUIRED
- 5 years’ experience working in a plant manufacturing environment
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma improvements.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI or SAP experience is a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
