Job Description:
Power Platform Solution Architect
Design and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients, serving as the technical authority on platform architecture, governance, and ALM - while actively contributing to pre-sales solutioning and effort estimation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect end-to-end solutions on Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse aligned to client business processes
2. Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate cloud flows and desktop flows, including RPA patterns for attended and unattended scenarios
3. Architect solutions with Copilot Studio agents with understanding of agent governance, performance & monitoring
4. Define platform governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, security roles, and ALM pipelines with Git integration
5. Lead technical discovery, solution design workshops, and proposal development during pre-sales engagements
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 10–12 years of overall IT experience, with at least 4–6 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), including designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
2. Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade architectures leveraging Power Platform, integrated with Azure services, M365, and line-of-business systems.
3. Strong experience in GTM solutioning, presales support, and translating business requirements into technology solutions.
4. Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), integration patterns, and security models, along with working knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), data platforms, and enterprise integration approaches.
5. Strong awareness of AI-driven capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder, with the ability to embed AI-led scenarios into Power Platform solutions. Understanding of Agentic AI patterns and their application in business process automation is highly desirable.
6. Experience in establishing Power Platform governance frameworks, including environment strategy, DLP policies, Center of Excellence (CoE) setup, monitoring, and compliance, ensuring controlled scalability and enterprise adoption.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders, support client workshops, solution demonstrations, and GTM pursuits, and articulate business value and ROI of Power Platform solutions.
8. Certifications:
· PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate – Good to Have
· AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect – Strong Differentiator
· Additional certifications such as PL-600 (Solution Architect Expert) or Azure certifications are advantageous.
