Job Title - Client Partner [Property & Casualty Insurance]
Location - Boston, MA, USA
We are looking for the Client Partner who will be responsible for driving sales effort for the account by building relationships and partnering with the clients (especially in P&C insurance) domain.
- Techo-Functional leader with strong sales acumen, customer relationship, communication skills to be able to establish C- Level connections to enable growth.
- Ability to take up E2E responsibility of P&L, sales targets, business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, marketing, and operations.
- Work with ISU Sales, Delivery, Solutions teams and partner ecosystem to generate business.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience in Sales in any Geo preferably NA
- Ability to build and manage C- Level connects
- Experience in P&C insurance, Personal as well as commercial P&C insurance
- Experience in managing P&L, building pipeline, pricing and commercials, and contract negotiation
Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters required, MBA preferred
13-16 years of relevant experience
