Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- OR at least 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data
- Demonstrated experience analyzing processes and providing actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing customer service and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences
- Comfortable delivering public presentations, including reading and explaining 10-to-15-minute proctoring scripts and responding to participant questions
- Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage and track records or databases
- Knowledge of records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper documentation
- Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations to support test-takers with diverse needs
