Exam Administrator - TS/SCI

Join XTS as an Exam Administrator and help maintain the integrity and reliability of NGA’s certification programs. In this role, you will oversee the administration of exams in secure, proctored environments, ensuring that each assessment is delivered consistently and meets all established standards.

Working closely with test takers and program stakeholders, you will manage exam data, provide clear communication throughout the process, and ensure compliance with all policies and accreditation requirements. Your focus on accuracy and attention to detail will help guarantee that every certification issued by NGA is credible, mission ready, and trusted by leadership to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • OR at least 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel to retrieve, organize, and manage data
• Demonstrated experience analyzing processes and providing actionable recommendations to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing customer service and clearly conveying instructions to diverse audiences
• Comfortable delivering public presentations, including reading and explaining 10-to-15-minute proctoring scripts and responding to participant questions

Desired:

• Experience using Microsoft Access to organize, manage and track records or databases
• Knowledge of records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper documentation
• Familiarity with Reasonable Accommodations to support test-takers with diverse needs
