Construction Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the complete lifecycle of complex projects, from initial definition through final implementation. This role is central to ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from project definition and planning through execution and implementation

• Maintain accountability for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures across all assigned projects

• Develop comprehensive project plans and drive the achievement of key project milestones

• Establish and maintain an effective communication plan for the project team and all key stakeholders

• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to project resources to ensure alignment with defined objectives

• Ensure project teams are equipped with the necessary resources and support to meet their goals

• Lead and facilitate effective change management processes throughout the course of each project

• Prepare and distribute thorough project documentation, status reports, and progress updates

• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues as they arise

• Apply construction project best practices to inform planning, execution, and decision-making

Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

• Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations

• Advanced project planning and scheduling capabilities

Experience

• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles in a construction or related industry environment

• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget

• Experience developing and executing stakeholder communication and change management plans

• Prior experience leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams
