About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data team with a focus on (GTM) Go-To-Market. This person will report to our Director of Data & Analytics and embed with the Growth team (encompassing Marketing, Sales, and Growth Product). As an early Data hire at a time of rapid company growth, you will play a key role in shaping what our processes will look like for years to come.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve our sales & marketing measurement and optimization programs (e.g. incrementality tests, a/b tests, attribution and potentially media mix modeling).
- Lead complex, high-visibility deep dives & analyses that drive business decisions and process or product improvements, particularly around our go-to-market motion.
- Be a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders by identifying opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and delivering actionable insights.
- Design and maintain scalable data models, decision tools, and analytics infrastructure (using BigQuery, dbt, and Omni) to empower self-serve analytics.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated experience in GTM, sales, revops and/or growth analytics. Familiarity with both digital and offline marketing, a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL is essential. Knowledge of Python or R, a plus.
- Hands-on experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Omni, Hex, or equivalents) and data modeling best practices.
