Aaratech Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analytics, build complex dashboards, and drive strategic data initiatives. In this role, you will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with leadership, and play a key role in improving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Advanced Data Analysis

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify high-impact insights
• Use statistical models and forecasting techniques for business planning

🔹 Dashboard & Reporting Leadership

• Build and maintain advanced dashboards using Power BI/Tableau
• Automate reporting pipelines and optimize existing dashboards

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with executives, product teams, and business units to define analytics needs
• Translate business requirements into effective data solutions

🔹 Data Governance & Quality

• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance across systems
• Establish standards for reporting and analysis processes

🔹 Mentorship & Guidance

• Support and guide junior analysts on best practices
• Lead internal data training and knowledge-sharing

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
• 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data modeling skills
• Expertise in Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects
