Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Customer Operations Coordinator to support customer service, order coordination, and day-to-day factory operations at xBloom.
This is an entry-level role with room to grow, ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and learning how manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment work behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with customer service, production, and logistics to ensure that customers have a smooth and reliable experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Support (Primary Focus)
- Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product issues
- Keep work hours from 9 AM to 5 PM to ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Be able to troubleshoot xBloom products in less than 3 customer correspondences.
- Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers
- Proactive communication with xBloom community members, on Discord, Reddit, etc.
- Help identify recurring issues and escalate them appropriatelyOperations Support
- Assist with day-to-day factory and operations tasks as needed
- Support documentation, SOP updates, and basic reporting
- Help keep workflows organized during busy production periods
- Step in to support the team when priorities shift
Learning & Growth
- Learn xBloom products, systems, and production workflows
- Build skills in customer operations, inventory, and factory coordination
- Grow into increased responsibility over time (operations, CX, or planning)

- Comfortable using basic software tools (email, spreadsheets, internal systems)
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
- Able to work in a factory environment when needed

- Exposure to inventory, logistics, or operations
